CCIAP Vice President Visits Binalonan, Pangasinan

Louis Kirke, CCIAP Vice President visited Binalonan, Pangasinan upon
the invitation of Mayor Ramon & Mrs Arlyn Guico in March 2007. He
was also the guest of honor and crowned the Queen of Binalonan during
their Town Fiesta. His visit coincidentally was the election campaign
period for senatorial, congressman and local officials of the
Philippines. He was able to talk personally and had a five minute
one-on-one meeting with President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The
President arrived in Binalonan on the same weekend with some of her
cabinet officials and Team Unity candidates as part of their election
campaign tour.
